Upon completion of this curriculum, students will be able to demonstrate basic locomotor and non-locomotor skills; develop body awareness and spatial awareness; follow rules, routines, and safety expectations; participate cooperatively with peers; and develop positive attitudes toward physical activity through active engagement and exploration.
The full curriculum plan includes a yearly curriculum map outlining monthly themes and foundational skill focus areas, monthly unit plans with clear instructional goals and activity emphasis, and weekly lesson plans that include objectives, warm-ups, main activities, assessments, and closure prompts.

Upon completion of this curriculum, students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in fundamental locomotor skills (such as running, hopping, skipping, and jumping); manipulate objects with control (including throwing, catching, striking, kicking, and dribbling); apply movement concepts related to space, direction, speed, and force; follow rules and safety expectations during physical activity; identify and practice healthy fitness habits; and cooperate effectively with peers while demonstrating sportsmanship and respect.

It is flexible and appropriate for required or elective Physical Education, large class settings, mixed skill levels, and classes meeting multiple times per week.
